He enjoys cooking with the seasonal bounty that comes with having four distinct times of year. Whether it’s for a hotel banquet function or ala carte service, guests have always enjoyed his preparation of top quality lake fish, wild game, and farm fresh produce prepared simply and presented elegantly.
