Sweetened Cream:
  • NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 2 cups (500 ml)
  • condensed milk 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • otap biscuit or similar 10-12 pcs
Apple Filling:
  • NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • brown sugar 1/4 cup (50 g)
  • maple syrup 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • cinnamon 1 tsp (2.64 g)
  • nutmeg 1/4 tsp (0.6 g)
  • salt pinch
  • green apples 3 pcs
  • red apples 3 pcs
  • butter 2 tbsp (28 g)
Streusel Topping (Crumble):
  • all purpose flour 2/3 cup (80 g)
  • brown sugar 1/3 cup (66 g)
  • butter 1/2 cup (112 g)
  • cinnamon 1 tsp (2.64 g)
Preparation

    Prepare Sweetened Cream. Whip chilled NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until double in volume. Sweeten with condensed milk. Set aside.

    Prepare the Apple Filling. In a sauce pan, add NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and apples. Stir and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens and apples are tender. Turn off heat and stir in the butter. Mix until the butter melts into the sauce.

    Prepare streusel topping or crumble. Place flour, sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a large saute pan. Mix flour mixture over medium heat until butter melts. Continue mixing until mixture is brown and crumbly. Set aside to cool.
