Truffle Pasta

Ingredients
- Butter 50 g
- Vegetable Oil 50 g
- Garlic 5 g
- Mushrooms 100 g
- Spaghetti Noodles 700 g
- NESTLÉ Fresh Milk 150 ml
- MAGGI® Professional Chicken Stock 15 g
- NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250 ml
- Truffle Oil
Preparation

1In a pan, heat butter and oil.Saute garlic.

2Add mushroom and sauté for about a minute. Add pasta and toss until well coated with butter.

3Pour NESTLÉ Fresh milk and toss.

4Sprinkle with MAGGI® Professional Chicken Stock and toss until well mixed.Take the pan off the heat.

5Pour NESTLÉ All purpose cream and coat pasta well.

6Drizzle with truffle oil and toss .
