Truffle Pasta

Ingredients
  • Butter 50 g
  • Vegetable Oil 50 g
  • Garlic 5 g
  • Mushrooms 100 g
  • Spaghetti Noodles 700 g
  • NESTLÉ Fresh Milk 150 ml
  • MAGGI® Professional Chicken Stock 15 g
  • NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250 ml
  • Truffle Oil
Preparation

    In a pan, heat butter and oil.Saute garlic.

    Add mushroom and sauté for about a minute. Add pasta and toss until well coated with butter.

    Pour NESTLÉ Fresh milk and toss.
  • 4
    Sprinkle with MAGGI® Professional Chicken Stock and toss until well mixed.Take the pan off the heat.

    Pour NESTLÉ All purpose cream and coat pasta well.
  • 6
    Drizzle with truffle oil and toss .
