Baked Salmon with Mustard Mayonnaise
Salmon fillets topped with tangy mayo and cheese
Ingredients
- salmon fillets 600 g
- MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 1 tbsp (8 g)
Sauce:
- NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 1 pack (250 g)
- mayonnaise 1/2 cup (120 g)
- Dijon Mustard 2 tbsp (30 g)
- garlic 1 tbsp (9 g)
- parsley 2 tbsp
- MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 1 tsp (3 g)
Topping:
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup (60 g)
Preparation

1Season the salmon with MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules on all sides. Sear both sides of the salmon until golden brown approximately 1 - 2 minutes per side at medium-high fire preferably still raw in the middle.

2Prepare the Sauce. In a bowl, whisk altogether the NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, mayonnaise, and mustard. Once well mixed, add in the garlic, parsley and MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules, set aside until needed.

3Arrange salmon in a greased baking pan or tray, add the prepared sauce on top of the salmon and top with Parmesan cheese.

4Broil at a pre heated oven of 400 celsius for about 8 - 10 minutes or until the tops of the salmon turns golden brown. Serve.
