  • Water 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • Vanilla or maple flavor 1 tsp (5 ml)
  • Butter, cold 2 tbsp (28 g)
Sweetened Cream:
  • NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled 2 packs (500 g)
  • Powdered sugar 1/3 cup (40 g)
  • Otap biscuit, lady fingers, or butter slices, crumbled as needed
  • Canned peaches or fruit cocktail, sliced or cubed 1/2 cups

    Prepare the Walnut Praline: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white sugar, water, and NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the halved walnuts. Continue to cook until the mixture turns a golden caramel color. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda, vanilla or maple flavor, and cold butter. Allow it to cool slightly before spreading it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
