Kapampangan pork dish
- Pork liempo 1000 g
- Pork mask 1000 g
- MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 3 tbsp (24 g)
- Water 2 cups (2000 ml)
- Black pepper 1 tsp (2 g)
- MAGGI® Sinigang Soup Mix 2 tbsp (22 g)
- MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning 3 tbsp (45 ml)
- Chicken liver, washed, trimmed (optional) 1000 g
- MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 1 tbsp (8 g)
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp (0.6 g)
- Cooking oil as needed
- White onion, chopped 4 pcs (400 g)
- Labuyo (local chili), chopped as needed
- Evaporated milk 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 1 cup (250 g)
- MAGGI® Sinigang Soup Mix 1 tsp (2 g)
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp (15 ml0
- Garlic, minced 2 tsp (6 g)
- MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 2 tsp (2 g)
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp (0.6 g)

1Dry the pork pieces and season with MAGGI® Sinigang Soup Mix and MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning

2Grill / pangrill the pork pieces especially the skin part to develop a smoked flavor and nice color. Chop the pork into small pieces. Set aside.

3Dry the chicken liver and season with MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules and black pepper. In a very hot pan, pansear the chicken liver in little oil for 30 seconds or until no longer pink but not overcooked. Rough chop when cool enough to handle.

4To prepare a serving, place around 150g of chopped pork in a pan with little oil and let the pork cook until desired crispness. Adjust seasoning by adding more MAGGI® Sinigang Soup Mix (if desired). Stir in around 50g of chopped onions and around 30-50g of the chicken liver (if using). Mix for 30 seconds then place on a serving / hot sizzling plate.

5Top the sisig with around 2 -3 tbsp of prepared dressing and siling labuyo on the side.

6To prepare the Sisig Dressing: Mix the evap, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and MAGGI® Sinigang Soup Mix in a bowl and mix for 1 minute or until the mixture is thickened. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve with the sisig.
