- water 2 cups (500 ml)
- coriander root 2 roots
- sugar 4 tsp (16 g)
- dark soy sauce 1 tbsp (30 ml)
- MAGGI® Professional Concentrated Liquid Seasoning 4 tsp (20 ml)
- MAGGI® Professional Chicken Stock 1 tbsp (10 g)
- fresh sea grouper (lapu-lapu)* 2 pcs (1200 g)
- ginger 4 slices (22.5 g)
- spring onions (green part) 8 stalks (50 g)
- spring onions (white part) 8 stalks (50 g)
- cooking oil 6 tbsp (90 ml)
- coriander leaves 1/3 cup (30 g)
- red chili 1pc (1 pc)

1Prepare the Sauce. Bring water to the boil. Add coriander root, boil for around 10 minutes. Add in sugar and dark soy sauce, cook until the sugar is dissolved. Pour in the MAGGI® Professional Concentrated Liquid Seasoning, and MAGGI® Professional Chicken Stock. Stir well. Strain sauce and set aside for use.

2Place the ginger and green spring onion with the sea grouper and steam for around 10 minutes or until cooked.

3Place the white spring onion on top of the fish. Pour over the hot oil on the spring onion

4Lastly pour the prepared Sauce around the fish, garnish with coriander leaves and red chili and serve hot.
