- beef ribs 1 kg
- beef stew 1 kg
Marinade:
- MAGGI® Beef Stock 1 tbsp / 10 g
- MAGGI® Magic Sarap 1 tbsp / 8 g
- curry powder 2 tbsp
- paprika 1 tbsp
- chili powder 1 tbsp
- white onion, quartered 2 whole
- garlic, chopped 2 whole
- red chilies 2 pcs
- BUITONI® Coulis de Tomate 1/2 cup
- MAGGI® Beef Stock 1 tbsp
- water 8 cups
- peanut butter 1/4 cup
- coconut milk 2 cups
- lemongrass 2 pcs
- NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 1 cup
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

1Marinate. Season the beef with MAGGI® Beef Stock, MAGGI® Magic Sarap, chili powder, paprika, and curry powder. Mix well until evenly coated.

2Heat cooking oil in a pot, sear the marinated beef. When done, remove from the pot and set aside.

3In the same pot, saute onion, garlic, BUITONI® Coulis de Tomate, and red chili. Add the seared beef and lemongrass. Cook over medium-low heat for a few minutes before, then add water and MAGGI® Beef Stock. Add peanut butter and coconut milk.

4Simmer until tender, then add the NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream.
