Ingredients
Meat Filling:
  • Cooking oil 2 tsp (10 ml)
  • Ground beef 1000 g
  • MAGGI® Beef Stock 2 tbsp (20 g)
  • Cumin 10 g
  • Oregano, dried 5 g
  • Hot sauce 5 mg
  • Garlic, minced 2 tsp (6 g)
Salsa:
  • BUITONI® Coulis de Tomate 2 cups (460 g)
  • White onion, chopped 1 large (100 g)
  • Garlic, minced 1 tbsp (9 g)
  • Wansuy, rough chopped 30 g
  • White Vinegar 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 1 tbsp (8 g)
  • Sugar 8 g
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Cabbage, shredded (or lettuce) 500 g
  • Cheese, grated 2 bars (450 g)
Sour Cream:
  • NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 1 tbsp (3 g)
  • Garlic, minced 2 tsp (6 g)
  • Taco shells (small or large) 4 boxes
Preparation

    Meat Filling. Heat cooking oil in a saute pan. Brown beef, stirring to break the meat into pieces. When the beef is no longer pink, season with MAGGI® Beef Stock, cumin, dried oregano, and hot sauce. Put the beef on the side of the pan and saute the garlic and onion until wilted then mix into the beef. Set aside.

    Salsa. Mix the ingredients of salsa in a bowl and chill to let the flavors develop.

    Sour Cream. Combine the NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and vinegar. Mix until the cream is thick. Add the MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules and garlic. Mix well and chill to let the flavors develop.

    Assembly. Place a tablespoon or two of prepared beef in a taco shell. Top with salsa, shredded cabbage, grated cheese and sour cream. Serve.
