Burger with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  • breadcrumbs 50 g
  • egg 1 pc
  • NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 1/2 cup / 125 ml
  • MAGGI Beef Stock 1 tbsp / 10 g
  • MAGGI Magic Sarap 1 tbsp /8 g
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • ground beef 500 g
  • ground pork 500 g
  • white onion 1 pc / 75 g
  • bun
  • sliced cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • mushrooms as needed
  • onions as needed
  • Romaine lettuce as needed
  • bleu cheese dressing
Preparation

    Patty: In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, white onions, and garlic.

    In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, egg, NESTLE All Purpose Cream, MAGGI Beef Stock, MAGGI Magic Sarap, and black pepper. Mix well then pour onto the meat mixture.

    Mix gently then chill covered for 30 minutes to rest before forming into 60 - 75g patties. Pan sear to brown both sides and flatten with a metal spatula to smash the patty.

    Place in oven to bake at 300 deg F for 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked through.

    To assemble: Pangrill the burger buns.

    Place mayonnaise then the cooked burger patty. Top with stir-fried mushrooms, bleu cheese dressing, caramelized onions, and romain lettuce. Serve.
