Seasoning Mix: 2 pcs
- egg 2 pcs
- Japanese breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
- Nestlé® All Purpose Cream 1 cup / 250 g
- MAGGI® Beef Stock 2 tsp
- MAGGI® Magic Sarap 1 tsp
- MAGGI® Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- minced white onions 1 large / 100 g
- ground beef 500 g
- ground pork 500 g
Basic Cream Sauce:
- butter compound 2 tbsp
- onion 1/4 cup
- garlic 2 tsp
- NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 2 cups
- water 1/2 cup
- MAGGI® Chicken Powder 1 tsp
- MAGGI® Magic Sarap 1 tsp
Sauce Variants:
- Truffle Sauce: truffle paste 1.5 tbsp
- Pesto Sauce: pesto 1/4 cup
Three Cheese Sauce:
- grated cheese: processed cheese, Parmesan, American Cheddar 1 cup
- cheese powder 1 tbsp
Preparation

1Prepare the Burger Patties. In a bowl, combine the egg, breadcrumbs, minced white onions, NESTLE® All Purpose Cream, MAGGI® Beef Stock, MAGGI® Magic Sarap, and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Combine everything well before adding the ground beef and ground pork and mix lightly.

2Form the meat mixture into oval patties weighing 80–100 g each. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and panfry for 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.

3Prepare the Basic Cream Sauce. In a saucepan, melt butter then saute the garlic and onion. Add the NESTLE® All Purpose Cream, water, MAGGI® Magic Sarap, and MAGGI® Chicken Powder. Simmer gently until slightly thickened. This serves as the base sauce.

4Prepare the Sauce Variants:
• Truffe: Stir the truffle paste into a portion of the basic cream sauce until fully incorporated.
• Pesto: Add the pesto to a portion of the basic cream sauce and mix well until smooth.
• Three Cheese: Add the grated processed cheese, Parmesan, and American cheddar, along with the cheese powder, to a portion of the basic cream sauce. Stir over low heat until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
