Carbonara
Filipino version of a very popular white pasta with bacon
        Ingredients
                
      
      - Long pasta(spaghetti,linguine,fettuccine) 125g
Cream Sauce:
      
    - Bacon,diced 1/4cup (75g)
- Ham,diced 1/4cup (60g)
- Mushroom,sliced 1/4cup (39g)
- Garlic,minced 2tsp (6g)
- White onion,diced 2tbsp (20g)
- NESTLE® Fresh Milk 3/4cup (180 ml)
- Evaporated Milk 1/4cup (60ml)
- NESTLE® All Purpose Cream 1cup (250 ml)
- Black pepper pinch
- MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning 1tsp (2.5 g)
- MAGGI® Chicken Stock Powder 1/2tbsp (5 g)
- Parmesan cheese, grated 5tbsp (70 g)
- Parsley, chopped 1tbsp (4 g)
        Preparation
        
  
      
      
      - 
        1Cook pasta until al dente.drain.set aside.
- 
        2In saute pan,render bacon fat.When bacon is ligth brown,add the ham and mushroom.Saute for 2minutes or until ligth brown.

        3Stir in the garlic and onion. Saute for 3-5 minutes or until the onions are soft and cooked well.

        4Add in the NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and evaporated milk while scraping of the browned bits. season with black pepper.

        5When milk is simmering, add in the NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream.

        6Stir in the MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules and MAGGI® Chicken Stock
- 
        7Add in the cooked pasta and mix into the sauce. Simmer until sauce coats the pasta.
- 
        8If desired, before serving, top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
