Filipino version of a very popular white pasta with bacon

Ingredients
  • Long pasta(spaghetti,linguine,fettuccine) 125g
Cream Sauce:
  • Bacon,diced 1/4cup (75g)
  • Ham,diced 1/4cup (60g)
  • Mushroom,sliced 1/4cup (39g)
  • Garlic,minced 2tsp (6g)
  • White onion,diced 2tbsp (20g)
  • NESTLE® Fresh Milk 3/4cup (180 ml)
  • Evaporated Milk 1/4cup (60ml)
  • NESTLE® All Purpose Cream 1cup (250 ml)
  • Black pepper pinch
  • MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning 1tsp (2.5 g)
  • MAGGI® Chicken Stock Powder 1/2tbsp (5 g)
  • Parmesan cheese, grated 5tbsp (70 g)
  • Parsley, chopped 1tbsp (4 g)

    Cook pasta until al dente.drain.set aside.

    In saute pan,render bacon fat.When bacon is ligth brown,add the ham and mushroom.Saute for 2minutes or until ligth brown.

    Stir in the garlic and onion. Saute for 3-5 minutes or until the onions are soft and cooked well.

    Add in the NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and evaporated milk while scraping of the browned bits. season with black pepper.

    When milk is simmering, add in the NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream.

    Stir in the MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules and MAGGI® Chicken Stock

    Add in the cooked pasta and mix into the sauce. Simmer until sauce coats the pasta.

    If desired, before serving, top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
