Dumpling Lasagna
Steamed layers of pork‑shrimp dumpling filling stacked between softened wonton wrappers
- ground pork 250 g
- pork fat 100 g
- shrimp, shelled, deveined, coarsely chopped 250 g
- dried shiitake mushrooms, coarsely chopped 4 pcs
- MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning 1 tbsp
- MAGGI® Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- MAGGI® Chicken Powder 2 tsp
- sugar 2 tsp
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
- baking soda 1/2 tsp
- water 2 tbsp
- white pepper 1/2 tsp
- sesame oil 1 tbsp
- MAGGI® Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
- water (warm) 500 ml
- MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning 1/2 cup
- water 1/2 cup
- MAGGI® Sinigang 1 tsp
- chili garlic 2 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- sesame seeds 2 tsp

1Prepare the Marinade. Combine MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® Chicken Powder, sugar, cornstarch, baking soda, water, white pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well.

2In another bowl, combine ground pork, pork fat, shrimp meat, and dried Shiitake mushrooms. Pour the marinade over the pork and shrimp mixture. Mix lightly and chill for 3–4 hours.

3Soaking Liquid. Mix together MAGGI® Chicken Powder and warm water.

4To assemble the lasagna, grease a square pan with a little sesame oil. Dip the wonton wrapper in the soaking liquid and place at the bottom of the pan. Layer half of the meat onto the wonton paper. Repeat layers, ending with wonton wrapper. Pour a little bit of the soaking liquid onto the layers. Steam for 10–15 minutes.

5Dipping Sauce. In a pan, add MAGGI® Liquid Seasoning, water, MAGGI® Sinigang, chili garlic, sugar, and sesame seeds. Mix well. Drizzle sauce upon serving.
