Grilled Garlic Chicken
Chicken thigh fillets infused with savory garlic cooked over hot grill
Ingredients
- Chicken Thigh Fillets, boneless with skin 1000 g
Marinade:
- MAGGI® Sinigang Soup Mix 1 tsp (3.67 g)
- MAGGI® Meaty Chicken Seasoning 1 tbsp (17 g)
- MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Water 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Black Pepper 1 tsp (1.15 g)
- Garlic, minced 2 tbsp (18 g)
Preparation

1Prepare marinade. In a bowl, combine the MAGGI® Sinigang Soup Mix, MAGGI® Meaty Chicken Seasoning, MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning, water, black pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well.

2Place the chicken fillets in the marinade and marinate overnight.

3Grill chicken over hot coals 5-7 minutes on each side or until the inside of the chicken is no longer pink.
