Nacho Bake
Tomato sauce, ground beef, tomato concasse, cheese drizzle, sour cream drizzle, salsa, shredded lettuce / cabbage, crumbled nachos

- Prepared ground beef layer
- Prepared salsa (recipe below)
- Prepared cheese sauce (recipe below)
- Prepared taco sauce (recipe below)
- Nachos, fried tortilla
Mince:
- Cooking oil 3 tbsp / 45 ml
- Chopped onions 1 cup / 100 g
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp / 9 g
- Cumin 2 tsp / 4 g
- Chili powder 1 tsp / 3 g
- Oregano 1 tsp / 0.5 g
- Cayenne 1/2 tsp / 1 g
- Smoked paprika 1 tsp / 2 g
- Cinnamon (optional) 1/2 tsp / 1 g
- Chopped jalapenos 2 tbsp / 28.3 g
- Ground beef 1/2 kg / 500 g
- Water 1/2 cup / 125 ml
- MAGGI® Beef Stock 2 tsp / 7 g
- MAGGI® Magic Sarap 1 tsp / 3 g

1Prepare the Mince.

2Prepare the Salsa.

3Prepare the Taco Sauce.

4Prepare the Tray. To assemble: Layer the prepared ground mince, salsa, prepared cheese sauce. Bake for 15 minutes covered and then remove foil to broil tops until bubbly and browning. Serve with nachos and drizzle with prepared texmex sauce.
