Savory Steak
Tender beef cuts marinated and seared to perfection
Ingredients
Marinade:
- MAGGI® Beef Stock 1 tbsp (10 g)
- MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 1 tbsp (8 g)
- MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- winterized oil 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- garlic 1 tbsp (9 g)
- black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
- beef steak slices 2 pcs (250 g)
- cooking oil1 tbsp (15 ml)
- butter 1 tbsp (15 g)
Preparation

1Prepare the Marinade. Combine the MAGGI® Beef Stock, MAGGI Supreme Seasoning Granules, MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning, winterized oil, garlic, and black pepper in a pan. Mix well. Use to marinate the steaks for at least 15 minutes.

2In a cast iron pan or other saute pan, heat cooking oil with butter and over high heat, sear the steaks on both sides until browned and crusty around 2 - 3 minutes depending on the thickness of the beef slices.

3Rest for 1 minute before slicing and serving. Serve with sidings.
