Tender beef cuts marinated and seared to perfection

Ingredients
Marinade:
  • MAGGI® Beef Stock 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • MAGGI® Supreme Seasoning Granules 1 tbsp (8 g)
  • MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning 1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • winterized oil 1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • garlic 1 tbsp (9 g)
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • beef steak slices 2 pcs (250 g)
  • cooking oil1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • butter 1 tbsp (15 g)

    Prepare the Marinade. Combine the MAGGI® Beef Stock, MAGGI Supreme Seasoning Granules, MAGGI® Concentrated Liquid Seasoning, winterized oil, garlic, and black pepper in a pan. Mix well. Use to marinate the steaks for at least 15 minutes.

    In a cast iron pan or other saute pan, heat cooking oil with butter and over high heat, sear the steaks on both sides until browned and crusty around 2 - 3 minutes depending on the thickness of the beef slices.

    Rest for 1 minute before slicing and serving. Serve with sidings.
