Ingredients
  • cooking oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • leftover meat (longanisa, ham, hotdog, tapa) 1/4 cup (60 g)
  • garlic 1 tbsp (9 g)
  • carrot 1/4 cup (40 g)
  • MAGGI® Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • rice 4 cups (120 g)
  • MAGGI® Chicken Powder 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • egg 3 pcs
  • green peas 1/4 cup (40 g)
Preparation

    In a saute pan, heat oil then stir-fry the chopped meats to extract the flavor. Put on one side of the pan.

    Add more oil if necessary and saute the garlic for 30 seconds or until light brown.

    Stir in the carrots and saute for 1 minute or until slightly cooked.

    Add in the MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and saute with the vegetables and the meat for 30 seconds.

    Stir in half of the beaten eggs and saute until cooked.

    Add in the cooked rice. Mix well until the oyster sauce and other ingredients are well incorporated into the rice.

    When the rice is warmed, around 2 - 3 minutes, season with MAGGI® Chicken Powder and black pepper.

    Add in the green peas and half of the egg. Mix to distribute the egg.

    Let the rice cook over medium heat without stirring for 30 seconds before serving.
