Ingredients
  • lady fingers 12 pcs / 3/4 cup crushed
  • crushed graham 1/4 cup
  • MILKMAID® 2 tbsp
  • cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • chilled NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 1/2 cup
  • coffee liquid (NESCAFE® High Roast) 2 tbsp
  • salt a pinch
Dip:
  • cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • chilled NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 1/2 cup
  • MILKMAID® 1/4 cup
  • NESCAFE® High Roast 2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp
Preparation

    Whip the cream cheese, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, MILKMAID®, and salt.

    Once smooth and doubles in volume, add the crushed lady fingers and graham and mix using a spatula.

    Stir in coffee (liquid) little by little until the mixture is a constistency of mashed potato. Chill if needed for at least 30 minutes.

    Scoop out around 1 tbsp of the mixture and shape into a ball then roll in cocoa powder. Chill until ready to be served.

    Dip. Add cream cheese, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, MILKMAID®, NESCAFE® High Roast, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a blender. Run until smooth, and serve with the Tiramisu Balls.
